@AdityaDharFilms@shashwatology Sir a big fan of your films. had a suggestion, you should do a thank you musical tour of Dharandhar. maybe 10 shows across the country. per me, it will break the coldplay numbers by miles.
Sorry for the unsolicited suggestion!! :) #dhurandhar
@virsanghvi@TheJaggi@airindia I completely agree on this.. my experience for the past 2 years has been extremely good.. dont understand when others complain about the service..
It’s seems like My coaching career comes to an end after 1.5 years, during which we played 5 tournaments and secured 5 podium finishes, including a Junior World Cup bronze medal.
I have heard about coaches getting fired after bad performances.
But this is the first time I am experiencing being removed to make way for a foreign coach.
The Hockey India President stated that the chief coach of the senior men’s team prefers a foreign head coach for the junior team, believing it will help develop Indian hockey from the junior level through to the senior level. Hence, the continued preference for foreign coaches —
Can’t Indian coaches develop Indian hockey?
On 07-03-2026, during a meeting with the Hon’ble Sports Minister Shri Mansukh Mandaviya, I was told, “Sreejesh, we need coaches like you to step up and lead our country as we prepare for 2036.”
However, Hockey India continues to place its trust in foreign coaches over Indian ones across all four teams.

@KartikeyaBatra@YRDeshmukh What surprises me, is that a basic question of the no of seats fought hasnt been put next to this supposedly brillaint statistic!!
@JUnadkat How is this out? Isn't this a dead ball immediately? Wouldn't this be considered an 'aided' catch? Is helmet considered part of the body, like a wicket keeper's pads?
I remember a catch being denied at forward short leg because the ball had touched the grill of his helmet
India is already seeing a health crisis. And then I read a post yesterday about how Singaporeans don’t have a kitchen and never eat at home.
I see a growing number of young professionals in cities proudly living by the no-kitchen mantra – this is also propagated by 10-minute food delivery apps. They order every meal from these apps, believing that cooking at home is outdated, unnecessary, or too much effort (this is true for busy folks).
Fast forward a few years, and here’s what they’ll be left with:
· Obesity before 30.
· Blood sugar swings that make them feel exhausted all day.
· Inflammation, bloating, and early-stage metabolic disorders.
All owed to consuming high quantities of ultra-processed garbage.
See, when you’re ordering from a ready-to-eat dark kitchen, do you really know how your food has been prepared? How much sugar and salt? The quality of ingredients? The preservatives? The cooking mechanism?
We’ve all started making better choices about snacking via information from folks such as FoodPharmer and good brands such as The Whole Truth Foods, but what our bigger staple meals?
Let me tell you what you’re getting:
· Cheap refined oils that inflame your gut.
· Excess sodium that slowly wrecks your blood pressure.
· Maida in everything because it’s cheap and addictive.
· Sugary sauces, deep-fried sides, and zero micronutrients.
· And the latest, analogue paneer!
And then, people wonder why they feel sluggish all day. Why they need five cups of coffee to stay awake. Why their skin looks dull, digestion is poor, and they’re gaining fat despite "not eating that much."
Here’s the reality: Cooking at home is the biggest favour you can do for your body. It needn’t take hours. A simple dal, rice, and sabzi can be made in 30 minutes. And if you’re keen on more elaborate meals, then opt for weekly meal prepping.
Just having simple homemade meals, can change your health dramatically.
I say this from personal experience. Ever since I started having home food, my fitness and health parameters have improved massively. At home, you control what oil you use, how much, what salt, how much. And you don’t have to worry about hidden sugar, deep frying, or processed garbage. All of these things matter.
And very nutritionist and doctor will agree that fresh, home-cooked meals are best for health. Restaurants don’t care about that. They’ll keep serving oily, masala-loaded, trans-fat-heavy food as long as it sells and maximizes profits.
No quick food delivery will ever match the quality of a home-cooked meal. You can always outsource your diet to delivery apps once in a while.
But if you do it as a daily routine, and God-forbid your health come crashing and your doctor hands you a list of food restrictions, don’t be surprised. You’ll wish you had just cooked a simple meal at home instead. 😉
