There is no permanent staff in this exchange.
My Landline(ADSL) is dead for 3 months now and @BSNL_KL not able to rectify the cable fault.

broad band is still down. Called 1504 again today. Same response, 'application down, call in the evening.

@BSNL_KL My landline/broadband is down from yesterday morning. I visited my local telephone exchange(Yethadka). Not even a single person is there in that building. Tried to call next level exchange(Badiadka 04998284100). No one attending the call.

@RailwaySeva why NTES app showing wrong info. It shows train number 16514 under fully canceled train list. But actually it is partially canceled (27th Aug)
