@XpressBees_IN I had ordered an Samsung watch.which i was very exited to get.On the Samsung website it said next day delivery. Now the delivery partner were you guys.the delivery guy Mr.Imaran choudhary did not deliver my product the next day,although it was out for delivery

@UC_Assist Well.. I haven't got any call since last 48hours which i was told.i am without a refrigerator and it really does not take so much time to call a disgruntled https://t.co/gqlBqf2plY fridge is not working because urban company used local parts and samsung refuses to touch it now.
Totally disappointed with the worst service and heights of unprofessionalism. I raised a complaint in regards to a refrigerator repair which lead to damaging the appliance due to usage of local parts. There has been no response after 3 consecutive complaints. @urbancompany_UC
@urbancompany_UC I have raised the complaint thrice already but all in vain. Get my issue resolved ASAP or else I will be bound to take strict and legal actions.
@urbancompany_UC I was told that I will be receiving a call back with a resolution within 24 hrs. However, it's been more than 48 hrs but no revert as yet whatsoever. The worst part is that there isn't any customer service number that one can call and we have to be at your mercy.
