@RunwalOfficial I have not been shared the Consent to Operate the STP, committee of allottees not formed, society not formed, even now after giving possession lot of pending issues are persisting. FM team not cooperative, looks like legal action need of the hour

@RunwalOfficial i had a meeting but it was not fruitful and same old issues have remained unresolved inspite of reminding FM team for more than 4 years. I do not know why you cant share the CoT of STP and form society, why Committee of allottes not formed, why proper answers are not given

@RunwalOfficial For Maharera no.P51700019085, Committee of allottees not formed, Society not yet formed, all amenities as promised not yet completed, defaults and delays on all the milestones. And this is after 5 to 6 years of flat booking. The FM office is no good.

@RunwalOfficial i was given possession after more than a years delay last year in August 2025 , yet till date neither Association of Allottees is formed, nor Society is formed, STP consent to operate is not yet shared with me, Solar, Rain water harvesting is not yet ready.

@shwetas60828550 They are notorious for giving delayed possession and the possession is also given without proper amenities, like solar, STP , letter boxes etc. My possession was also delayed. 5 years is normal for them

@modinayak @RunwalGardens i think excess charges are levied by Runwal during possession and clear back to back bills or workings are not shared by Runwal.

@RunwalOfficial I got possession in August 2025 and i had raised a complaint for leakeage in my flat, but as yet , my complaint has not been resolved. It is more than 10 months now.Further there are a lot of problems , leakage in my flat is just one of many problems faced by us

@RunwalGardens I have made full payment in February 2025 yet i have not received my possession and in spite of repeated followups i have not received any possession date from the Runwal Team. I have booked the flat 4 to 5 years ago. When do you people intend to deliver possession
