this company feels like a scam. I had attempted payment on 3rd of June for booking a visa appointment, but the payment failed and I was told in the error message that if the amount is deducted it'd be refunded. but no refund yet.

@vfsglobalcare Trying to get a refund for a canceled visa Schengen visa in Ireland. Your agent asking for 16 digit card number in an email for issuing refunds. The refund request form already has details. I'm not sure if anyone is comfortable sharing card details in an email.

@kaktohomo @Wise I'm in EU and using service since long time. I didn't get an invitation. But my friend just been with then for 2 yrs and he got it. I'm also regularly using their service. So yeah, it's not done fairly anyway

@Wise When asked the customer care they said they choose randomly. It's not fair to choose randomly. There must be a criteria.

Although it's profit driven, we're still happy to hear that @dailytelegraph has stopped giving away bottles of water in @WHSmith branches. Proving once again that plastic bottled water is POINTLESS and the #RefillRevolution is the way forwards 👍 💧
