شعبه دوم دادگاه انقلاب کرج، داود عباسی قشلاقی، فیلمبردار ۴۹ ساله را به اتهام‌های «اجتماع و تبانی برای ارتکاب جرم علیه امنیت داخلی» و «تبلیغ علیه نظام» به حبس محکوم کرد.

بر اساس رأی دادگاه، وی از بابت اتهام «تبلیغ علیه نظام» به شش ماه حبس تعزیری و از بابت اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی» به یک سال و دو ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است. با اعمال ماده ۱۳۴ قانون مجازات اسلامی، مجازات اشد، یعنی یک سال و دو ماه حبس، قابل اجرا خواهد بود.

دادگاه همچنین با استناد به نداشتن سابقه کیفری، اجرای یک سال از محکومیت حبس را به مدت دو سال به حالت تعلیق درآورده است. بر این اساس، در صورت عدم ارتکاب جرم عمدی در مدت تعلیق، این بخش از مجازات اجرا نخواهد شد.
