In my view, it must be made mandatory by law for every big hospital across India to have its own oxygen plant.

দেবাংশু , আমি তোমায় আলাদা ভাবে এই বেপার তা বলতে পারতাম, কিন্তু এটা এখন ছাত্র সমাজের বেপার, তাই Social Media র দাড়াই বলছি । ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা মানুষিক অবসাদে ভুগছেন। সাপ্লিমেন্টারি পরীক্ষা যতদিন না হচ্ছে, তাদের সময় নষ্ট হচ্ছে।
