A healthier choice should be the easier one.
When idli replaces vada pav and chaas replaces cola in a school canteen,it may appear to be a small change. But It is a shift in the food environment in which children form habits.

Whenever we start something new or try to make changes in our lives, we face many challenges. But instead of stepping back, face those challenges, will achieve our goals at the end.
Visualizing the end goal is the easy part; but the process to achieve it is the real test.
If you don't know what to learn, start writing.
Writing teaches you how to think, how to learn, and how to attract an audience that supports your work. Those 3 skills are needed more than ever.
Small actions ➡️ Daily routines ➡️ Consistency ➡️ Compounded growth.
When you make small actions a daily habit, that consistent effort builds momentum. Give it time, and watch how those minor choices compound into massive growth.
Sitting alone and observing your thoughts is the best exercise you can do for your brain. You quickly realize how much you overthink, and how many of those thoughts don't even matter.
Try to find a little time in your daily routine to just sit and observe your thoughts.
Conclusion: When we stop trying new things, our world gets smaller. Staying safe is nice, but without a little trial and error, today is just a copy of yesterday. You don't need to change your whole life overnight—you just need to be okay with being a beginner
Why do most of us stop trying new things and just stick to our default routine?
We get stuck in a comfort zone loop. We avoid trying new things because our brain is naturally afraid of the unknown. Honestly, our own mind is our biggest enemy.
How to break the loop:
1. The 5-Min Rule: Try a new hobby for just 5 minutes with zero pressure.
2. 7-Day Trial: Treat new habits like a free app trial—no commitment
3. Flip a Habit: Take a new road home or order a new food to train your brain.
Nothing is simple and easy. It will take everyone's effort and resolve. Our real life heroes are doing a lot for us. It's our turn now to do our bit. Shall we? @PeterEngland_#MainKyunPehnu#weareinthistogether
