@Qantas my luggage came out broken and I have filled up the enquiry form and did tweet as well. This is simply nonsense. You should take these things seriously. It was a business travel.

@BelongAU haven't seen such a pathetic service in my life. No phone number to talk to. Responses are coming after 1 day that too with multiple reminders. I received my modem but internet is not working. Billing cycle is started already.

#ZoomCarRefundScam been 40 days. No updates on refund for 2 of my bookings. Its a scam. Zoom car is cheating people. Everytime giving same response that we are doing it on priority. No customer suport available.
