@LuqiaoWang@EmmaWatson I wasn’t aware that Emma Watson was apart of the UN’s women’s ambassador. I believe that her voice as a celebrity has many people tapped in for it to be heard and she can truly bring change in what she believes with her following.
@LDCMB7 I agree I believe her ability to captivate her audience is what brings people together and listen to her speak. This is something that a few celebrities are able to accomplish.

From the reading this week, I was able to think about how Oprah has used her celebrity skills and platform as a way to express her politics and voice her opinion.

@ProdBySumthin @GretaThunberg Great post! Keeping everyone involved is something that I find very important for leaders as they should try to listen to what everyone has to share and make decisions based on that.
AOC is considered to be a great leader in todays generation and she continues to make sure that her missions remains the same “serve and influence people” #LIDCS22_90 https://t.co/IyNaJVZ56T
@Sam_Weber0819@mrnesi I look at conflict in the sense that people have the opportunity to express each other and work together in ways to find a better solution.
@zzhaikelin I agree I think that when teams have conflicts there is actually more room for them to grow and figure out ways to get the best of both ideas.
3. Ways to prepare for conflict can include having an environment that allows for "constructive controversy" as stated in the textbook. This allows for everyone to freely speak and engage with each other to come up with a solution for whatever conflict is presented. #ruvirtuals21
2.2 Another time my team couldn't decide on what days to get together to complete a project so there was a delay where we could've used the time to work on the project. We should've used step 3 from the textbook to think of ways to get everyone free for a meeting. #ruvirtuals21
2.1 In the example that I mentioned in the last tweet, my team ended up using the 2nd step in the book which was to focus on shared interest. This is exactly what we did by combining everyone's ideas and coming up with one collectively. #ruvirtuals21
1.3 One time where I was in a team and we all couldn't figure out what topic we wanted to present on. Everyone was just going on tangents which got frustrating. However, this worked in our favor because one teammate figured out a way to incorporate all of our ideas #ruvirtuals21
1.1 1.I feel that conflict can be positive and negative depending on the situation. For example, when there is a conflict on an idea for improvement, I think that this is a good conflict because you as a team can work together to come up with a better idea. #ruvirtuals21
1.2 Collaboration can become a negative conflict when you have a business partner that starts to slack off. However, it is hard to say anything because they are your business partner and your friend, similar to Ava and Nelly from the textbook #ruvirtuals21
