calling head office to put in a complaint,once I've calmed down and got my breath back. Some of us rely on delivery and for substitutes offered when items are out of stock,BUT more so to receive correct items when shop does indeed have them !

So I took a slow painful 15minute walk to the store, and low and behold they had everything in , apart from the juice, which could have been substituted! The girl who claims to be management ,is NOT and just simply said "il have a word with the her" assuming picker! I will be

I've dragged myself out of my sick bed because for the 3rd time this week, my delivery has been short of many/most items. Today was the last straw as need dinner for tonight and next few days. No potatoes/Chips / Juice to name just a few NO substitutes offered!
