@EufyOfficial do you think it's acceptable to sell a product, that's not cheap, that product needs to be replaced within 9 months and then the replacement has an issue within 5 months and now you won't do anything? Not happy

... no offer of a courtesy car for the entire time and no offer of a contribution towards the repair cost of over £2500 for what is basically a defect. I appreciate the car is nearly 9 years old but the service could still be a lot better than this. #notbuyingfordagain

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment of my sister and her family by @forduk. They have had their SMax since the beginning of the year, that's 6 months!, and still no closer to it being repaired for an issue which is a known common fault despite @forduk not acknowledging this,

It won't work with my boiler even though it's only 5 years old! To the best of my knowledge it uses opentherm as well which I thought your UK wired version was compatible with! So angry ��😡

Thanks for nothing @tado! Why do you not make it easier to confirm if a boiler is compatible or not, I tried this beforehand but the app was insistent on scanning a QR code from the device (which I hadn't bought at the time) before it would let me go any further and now I'm told

Literally just got my @tado smart thermostat starter kit which I need urgently to replace my faulty @ATAGUK one, and my initial impression is.. well I'm fuming. Apparently I have to wait up to 2 days for them to come back to me to confirm how to install it! 😡😡😡 I need it now!!
