27-year-old Donald Wooten has been sentenced to 60 years in prison for shooting his pregnant girlfriend in the head after she refused to have an abortion.

In a shocking act of violence, Wooten allegedly shot the woman when she declined to terminate the pregnancy. Remarkably, both the mother and her unborn baby survived the attack. He was arrested and later convicted for the crime.
