Is it ok to throw your child's poonami nappy & shitty clothes at an absolute arsehole who repeatedly knocks on the door of the baby change toilet & shouts 'are you coming out' multiple times, just because they don't like the look of the other toilet which they absolutely can use!

For context, the baby change toilet is also the disabled toilet. The toilet next door was a normal toilet.

This person did not have a disability or a child to change, and literally said to someone that they didn't want to use the normal toilet as they just don't like that one!
