Alot has been said about God asking the prophet Hosea to marry an unrepentant prostitute as an illustration of Israel's prostitution with other gods.
Not enough is said about the pain and heartbreak experienced and expressed.
By the Lord!
Truly He is a jealous God. And He loves us so very much. Too much infact. Ever wondered why?
The blessings of the Lord makes a person rich and He adds no sorrow with it. Prov 10 vs 22

I like that I can still be surprised.

Isaac and then Jacob inherited God's promise to Abraham. By faith, it came to pass.
What promise have you inherited?
What promise will your children inherit?
Sometimes we pray, expecting a thing from God and He answers in an unusual way.
His Yes can be a redirection that fosters more questions. Yet, ALL things work together for good.
You get to a point in your Christian walk & you're careful with your prayers.
Honest talk ...
Before you pray, He has answered.
He knows your deepest thoughts & intentions. His ways are above our ways so His answers are bigger in scope. All-encompassing.
Are you ready?
Submission to His will is key.
Obedience is important.
Trust is non- negotiable.
And you gotta have faith!
Do not fear. Ask and you SHALL receive.
The HOW is entirely HIS prerogative.

If you choose your friends well, even when you misstep & you will (we all make mistakes), even then, they will understand.
They won't judge you bad. They will hold space for you.
Love covers a multitude of wrongs.
Grace, patience & forgiveness abides in true friendships. On a foundation of honesty.
May genuine people meet genuine people.
Be careful you don't get caught up in regrets.
The mistakes you made were choices you reckoned were right in the moment.
Navigating adulthood can be complicated.
Now you know better, do better.
All the talk about olodo uprising and the Nigerian education system failing.
It's not rocket science.
Knowledge is power and there are those who fear losing power. If the people stay uneducated and uninformed, that's half the job done. The other half is subjugation.
There was a country.
You have to learn to leave the past in the past.
Move forward. Embrace your journey fully.
There is a beautiful future ahead.
Bigger, better and brighter than you could begin to imagine.
Have faith and work towards it.
