Been watching you for years man, your streams have genuinely helped me through a lot.

I’m really struggling right now. I’m losing my hair bad — Norwood-Hamilton Scale stage 3-4. Without hair my head shape is fucked up and I look like a triangle egg head, like Joe but basically worse. It’s destroying my confidence.

I’ve been emailing with different clinics in Bangkok and they confirmed the stage. They said it would take roughly 3500+ grafts for a hair transplant. I’ve also been given a prescription for Finasteride from my doctor but I’m a bit worried about the side effects if you know what I mean.
I hope you get the chance to read this tweet, I knew no other way to get in touch with you. I know you don’t know me but I’m genuinely asking for some help… I’m just shooting my shot and praying for the best.
