@virginmedia Was cut off again after 40 minutes. Had to ring back, was told the number I’ve rung (the number you provided above) wasn’t the right number! So I’m being transferred again. Wonder if another company might appreciate my business!

@virginmedia Yes I’ve always been out through to the pre installation team. I get the same message every time, that the installation will happen on whatever date I’ve rung them on, but this never happens. I’m tired of ringing them and being told the same thing

@virginmedia I’ve raised a complaint under C-2812221295. It’s been closed yet I’ve not been given a response to my query. I’ve never had an issue with call queue times, rather that everyone I speak to cannot provide an answer!

@virginmedia I was told@foxay, but the installation never took place. I’ll trying again in the morning, no doubt i’ll be told it’ll happen tomorrow, but that won’t be the case. I’ve been told the same thing every day since the 19th

@virginmedia I’ve tried them every day since the 20th December. I keep getting fobbed off with the same response, that the installation will happen the day it’s booked for. I was told this morning it would happen upto 6pm this evening. It’s now 17:58 and there’s no sign of anyone coming.
