@JustEatUK I ordered some food under a meal deal. The restaurant got confused and failed to send me some of the items attached to the meal. I have been given a credit note but I am dissatisfied with your customer service. Your customer service dept is refusing to refund me. Sort!

@JustEatUK @CUSTOMERRE58657 Shocking. Agent still refuses to provide me with a refund of my order. Suggests that a credit note is acceptable. Under the consumer rights act 2015 you are required to provide me with a refund. Won’t be using just eat again. Next step - the bank!
