After 3.5 hours we are still on the @vueling plane. Plane has no food or water and the last update was an hour ago saying we would leave in 10min after airport staff came to move the plane... well it’s been 1h #hopeless#VuelingFail

More than 2hs delay we are entitled to a food and refreshments voucher but yet no @vueling personnel. Only @HeathrowAirport staff are trying to get some info

The @vueling saga continues. Our rescheduled flight was meant to leave at 13.00 we are still waiting for the crew to arrive. I still haven’t seen a single @Vueling employee in all this time. Only @British_Airways & @HeathrowAirport personnel helping passengers... Poor #Vueling

Def NEVER EVER flying with @vueling again.1st u cannot check in unless u pay 4seat, 2nd flight overbooked, 3rd 1.45min delay & need 2wait 2 c if I even get a seat. Oh and if not, I'll only be rebooked for nxt day at the same time I was meant to fly today! #shameless
