Stayed at the @Westin NW Chicago last weekend and the front desk staff charged my account an additional $426 due to a system error, which I had originally stated it was.

Now I’m calling every day for my money back because my bank says that they have not released the money. But quite frankly, none of this wouldn’t would’ve happened had the Westin staff not charged me 3 times for one stay.

The manager there, said that I was lying because she didn’t see the money on her end even after me showing that it had been taken out back to back. She proceeded to talk over me constantly and any time I asked to speak, she continued to cut me off.

This all was about 15 mins to get somewhere because she would not listen. And in the end she guaranteed that the charges would drop by this past Monday. Welp here we are on Thursday and nothing. $426 up in the air.
