@Instacart I don't even get these new options as a choice. I'm seeing class action lawsuit in Instarts future if they don't get their act together. Too many complaints and no customer service; missing orders, ,money not refunded, etc.

@Instacart No delivery options for 3 days straight! Now that I'm reading comments, I'm not so sure I want them shopping for me. Obviously not taking Costco or BJs orders. I know times are rough, but at least have the decency to address customer concerns. Disgraceful!
