At 24:7 Osborne Park we had past 24:7 Youth Minister, Aloyse Murray help us in exploring 'Sport' as a "God Given Gift"! She shared an inspirational video, followed by a testimony helping us see God and faith in sport and challenged us to activate this natural gift.
On Sunday, discussing how Student Leader, Mark D'Silva shared his experiences on Miracles at 24:7 Applecross, specifically 'Miracles through suffering', sharing a personal testimony about how he was able to see the suffering in his life as a miracle from God.
Obviously, it is getting harder by the day for a Christian to hold leadership positions in the corporate world, and as Thorborn states, it is indeed a sad day. The grace in his press statement speaks volumes. The persecution that led to this resignation must raise eyebrows!
The Church celebrated the great feast of Pentecost on Sunday. This event is seen as the birth of the Church, so we should have been singing happy birthday to each other at parties all around the world. A strange suggestion....read more
