• 2 cups flour

• 2 eggs

1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk, salt, pepper (1–4 hrs).
2. Mix flour with spices.
3. Dip chicken in egg → coat in flour.

Instructions:
1. Overnight buttermilk soak.
2. Season flour.
3. Dredge and fry slowly until cooked through.

Ingredients:
• Chicken thighs
• Flour
• Hot sauce
• Cayenne
• Brown sugar

Instructions:
1. Fry chicken normally.
2. Mix hot oil + cayenne + sugar.
3. Brush spicy oil over chicken.

6️⃣ Garlic Parmesan Wings

Ingredients:
• Wings
• Butter
• Garlic
• Parmesan
• Parsley

Instructions:
1. Fry wings until crisp.
2. Melt butter with garlic.
3. Toss wings with butter + parmesan + parsley.

Ingredients:
• Chicken tenders
• Flour
• Breadcrumbs
• Eggs
• Paprika

Instructions:
