@GraceRandolph I find layering and cashmere sweaters to be helpful. Waterproof, good quality shoes/boots and thick socks. Cold feet are the worst. I have specific brands I like if you want more info. Qualifications: born & raised in Fargo, ND. Currently, Minneapolis, MN.
