So Reform policy is
- if you don't have children you are taxed more
- if you do have children and are 'not British born' you are not entitled to 'in work benefits' (2 child cap)
- no-one should work from home
- therefore alienating the many women who work from home due to work life balance and child care issues - especially during holiday periods
- that in turn would dissuade those without children from having them
- total ignorance of those unable to have children be it for reasons of disability or fertility issues
- Goodwin also stated in effect that girls should be encouraged to breed younger

That's really well thought out policy
