Happy Regionals weekend (almost). Here’s who we more or less consider the first round talents in the 2026 draft class, subject to change: https://t.co/HZtETaaurY
From a pure metrics standpoint, Beau Bryans' baby sweeper is as fun as any pitch in the class: upper 80s from a wide release that would give him among the widest sweeper HAAs in baseball. Big command questions and very e/w lefty arsenals are tough in starting roles, but it's fun.
Half of the starters in the NBA Finals are out of the Big East:
Knicks:
Jalen Brunson (Villanova)
Mikal Bridges (Villanova)
Josh Hart (Villanova)
Spurs:
Stephon Castle (Connecticut)
Julian Champagnie (St. John’s)

New York City listen to me right now if you're near a convenience store right now, any type of 24-hour store, go into the store right now and put your hand in the cash register for no reason. Their money is your money as of right now
@James_Schiano I’d probably call this a tighter curveball variant based on the movement (not sure what he calls it or how intentional this was), but having the harder option is huge for the profile
Mets are calling up Gonzaga College High School’s own Nick Morabito before tonight’s game in DC, per a person familiar with the situation. Will replace Austin Slater, who will be designated for assignment. @WillSammon first.
