Hey @PATHTrain . Announcement at 14 saying all service is on uptown platform, and next thing you know, train pulls up on the downtown platform. Now I get to wait 40 minutes and lose a fare? Thanks a lot.

@PATHTrain There were a couple other people with me moments before that, but once everyone realized the train was on the other track, they foolishly ran upstairs to cross 6th ave in hopes of catching the train. I did not do this as I knew I would fail.

@PATHTrain Yes, I was standing just south of the turnstiles on the uptown track, wildly gesturing towards the downtown platform and probably yelling, "You've got to be kidding me!", then proceeding to tweet. The timestamp on my tweet says this was at 12:14 am.

@PATHTrain Sure, it was right around midnight, I heard it a few times between 12 and 12:10. Guessing the message was automated to turn on then, but not taking into account that last train.
