@snapchatsupport It is confirmed that my bitmojis 3D avatar with a big head is coming from Snapchat’s main server base glitch. There is nothing on my end to change it to normal and only up to Snapchat to change it So unfortunately I am stuck unless Snapchat wants to actually help
