@leighjones0212 @RNSWStewards It's my understanding a Judge separate to the stewards decides on the initial placings based on the photos taken as the horses cross the line. I'd say he possibly made a mistake and the stewards have rectified it.

@J_Walter23 the inside horse moved out made contact and and won by the smallest of margins. You have to convince yrself that the inside horse would have won, if it hadn't made contact with the horse that protested.
