Lower rent, more money in people’s pocket, more money spent in local economy.

@EndWokeness have to de-incentivise “Landlord” as a job, especially buy to lets where the landlord can’t afford the house themselves, tax multiple homes, take that money and buy back housing stock and build more housing. Cheaper rent means more money in the pocket of people who will spend it.
