@SoveyX Out. Because a) tie doesn’t go to the runner b) I can see the fielder’s shoe compressing against the bag before the runner’s shoe makes contact.
@ChristopherHale So, your whole argument is that an immuno-compromised cancer-ridden child who has zero business being at school in the first place might get sick?
Fauci will not take the 5th one time tomorrow. I said it on my radio show this morning. He knows he’s not going to prison. He’s got a pardon. And more importantly, his EGO won’t allow him to plead the 5th. He will argue what he’s argued for 5 years- that his words are misconstrued and that he’s a targeted victim.
Either he has a pardon and he’s in contempt, or he doesn’t, and he needs to be prosecuted for the conspiracy and other crimes. Establish the legal validity of the pardon by charging him. If the courts deem the pardon legal, prosecute for contempt. Either way, convict his ass of something. They got Capone on tax evasion, and decided it was better than nothing.
@AngelaBelcamino@grok I came to the same conclusion. They can refer him for criminal contempt of congress for pleading the fifth when he is supposedly protected. Of course, he and his attorney probably know his pardon won’t stand up to judicial scrutiny.
@RandPaul - if he truly has a blanket pardon, he cannot plead the fifth because he is not bearing witness to himself in a criminal matter. This needs to be brought to his attention, give him the opportunity to answer again. Failure to answer should cause him to be referred to the DOJ for criminal contempt of congress.
Hey now, dipshit. I’m as conservative as the next guy, but don’t pretend like y’all have delivered anything. You control the executive and legislative, yet you can’t pass national voter ID. Something that roughly 80% of Americans want. You haven’t codified a thing that Trump took care of by executive order, which means it can be undone by executive order. Get off your ass, punch some senators in the mouth, and get some shit done!
