Lovely words as always. But let’s just wait until the ‘we tried’ statements start as we approach the September and the end of the transfer window where we’ve done fuck all!
No idea why people are complaining about this. He’s won it all, he’s a leader in the dressing room and to be honest, a pretty decent back up. Great free signing and means we can spend money on a position that’s more important.
It would be an absolute disaster if we didn’t sign Palhinha. An absolutely warrior. Reminds me of a better version of Hojbjerg. Passionate, wants to win, but is actually quality in that position. It would be the best €30 million we’ve spent for years. Absolute no brainer!
When someone is out for so long, you forget what quality and aura @Madders10 bring to this club! He oozes class, wants the ball, wants to drive forward and not play sideways and backwards. For me he should be our club captain! Loves the club and has a connection with the fans!
This is genuinely brilliant. Finally someone big like Gary Neville calling out everyone who needs to be called out and is fully sticking up for our fans. This is what we need.
The club doesn’t deserve us and we deserve so much better than the club.
First time in years though, we’ve got a manager we can trust to take this team forward.
The relief I’m feeling 😮💨 I wouldn’t recommend a relegation battle. De Zerbi is a magician! After that Nottingham Forest defeat we looked dead & buried. How he’s managed to do what he’s done is amazing, because the lack of any sort of quality or creativity in our squad is scary!
33 premier league matches at Stamford Bridge since the premier league started. 1 win, 11 draws, 21 losses. All those years of torture at this ground would be forgiven for us not to lose on Tuesday. COYS
@SpurssBoyy5 It’s a tough one. 65 minutes gone, 1-0 down when we only need a point, you can understand the logic in not making any changes and just making sure we’re still in the game. I don’t think Chelsea really looked like scoring leading up to their second. Just more stupid mistakes!
I know we have other things to worry about, but discussing the other end of the table, Arsenal will be one of the worse team to win the Premier League. I actually think Crystal Palace could get a result against them, but I also think Bournemouth will get something against City.

Don’t understand people saying it’s not a penalty. Week in week out we see fouls given for ‘the follow through’. The defender may get a SLIGHT touch on the ball, but he then takes Maddison out. If he didn’t clip Maddison, then he goes on & gets the cross off. Penalty all day!!!
Can only hope for all the suffering we have had this season, that somehow West Ham don’t win on Sunday and we secure safety by beating Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. It will never happen, but this outcome is what’s keeping me going.
Newcastle v West Ham is such an unpredictable game. Then Chelsea have their proper cup final next Tuesday against us. Probably rather beat us than actually win the FA Cup. I honestly have no idea who’s taking that last relegation spot. It’s definitely going to the last day!
Circumstances play a part in all this emotion, but I’ve never hated a loan player more than Kolo Muani. He is such an awful player. Can’t beat a man, and if he bulldozes his way through, he can’t beat a second man. Consistently gives away free kicks. Just a dreadful player!
Made their decision in 10 seconds. How? Took 5 minutes to rule out West Ham’s goal yesterday. This one took 10 seconds. Such awful standard of officiating.
Genuinely got no idea what to look for now when it comes to fouls, handballs or just any sort of decision that officials need to make. Trying so hard not to be biased, but how has Maddison not be awarded a penalty there?
