@Nightlizard1564 Greg told me that there’s “Godzilla like creatures” and that he couldn’t say Godzilla is a species. So anything resembling him is a “Gojira like creature” which Aftershock also said.

Meanwhile Legendary themselves, TOHO, and none of the directors of the films ever confirmed that Godzilla is a singular individual and went out of their way to confirm Godzilla is a member of a species. TOHO’s three rules don’t even say that.

@RickDaSquirrel_ @TiltAndGo You can’t retcon something like that. Not to mention the next few films and other expanded lore proving that there’s more than one Godzilla that existed. TOHO already came out with their rules on Godzilla and none of them mentioned “he can’t be part of a species”.

@RetroMexicanArt It’s not really a hot take. Rexy traded blows with Indom and did significant damage (despite all the disadvantages) and also went blow to blow for an entire day against Giga (who’s physically stronger than her and Indom). So it could definitely go either way, I got Rexy 55/49.
