Bad experience @StarbucksUK Heathrow, 9 bath road. Facilities awful, disabled/baby changing locked, no sign, nothing, ask for the key to unlock it, the disinterested staff didn’t know or really care, said it’s been out of order for a while and no one will come to repair it
