@HMRCcustomers Hello. I submitted a request to have my overpaid tax paid back to me over 4 weeks ago. Site said to wait 2 weeks but not contact until after 4 weeks. What is the best way to chase my payment and get my money back?

@HMRCcustomers Hi. No. No indication of pending in my account. I have notification that HMRC received my request for payment and aims to pay in 2 weeks. allow up to 4 weeks and only submit the request once - and a member of HMRC will contact me ASAP None of this has happened.

@santanderukhelp Hi - my account has been locked. I called this morning - 30mins to answer my call. Then transfered to another 20min queue - which was picked up then the call was terminated. I'm not 20mins into another call on hold. WORST SERVICE EVER.
