@3NDeveloper That’s how we do it. If we send you an email, we already know who you are and can track if you viewed the OM. No CA unless the client requires it. If you enter your email address on our site and we don’t know who you are, we just ask for your phone. No need to add friction.

Somehow I got on the email distribution list for a condo association in New York. Now I can see what @realEstateTrent is talking about. Here is a recent email to the board with the names changed to protect the victims of this association:

My family has lived in Smith Tower since 1978. Now, Im getting priced out.

I dont know what Susan's trip is but she needs to grow up and get booted off the board. When I wrote an email concerned about XXXX, her response was something on the order of: if you dont like it you can run for the board. Clearly, unclear on the concept of being a board member. She responds like a child.

I hope she can be straightened out.
And if she reads this and doesnt like my comments. Too bad.
