I am unable to do fund transfer. On enquiry, I am told my account is freezed due to KYC not updated.
I have received no intimation regarding this. When I called the customer care they simply asked me to call in the morning.
@mcdonaldsindia The manager called and explained why the code was not applicable. But it was not highlighted till the time I made payment. The offer was shown on my order summary. This is clearly a cheating or luring mentality shown by my son's favourite McD. So disappointed
