ZRA needs to revisit it's target setting.The revenue collection strategy and targets have a huge disconnect.They need to be aligned. On one end you're boasting about improved domestic resource mobilisation of a particular type of tax on the other end you're not paying refunds.

I totally understand being meticulous in the selection of new appointees. My only worry is some of these people who have not been removed from their offices are being given time to cover their crimes and they may end up causing more harm than good. Am sure some are busy deleting
