@Instacart this is completely unacceptable! Over an hour to shop and deliver (plus additional time driving back), I pay $8.40 in tolls and y’all don’t reimburse tolls ?!?. This is sooo crazy to me!!! You got off paying me $2 for an hour and a half worth of my time. Insanity!!

@Re_Canady @Wayfair Wayfair got in touch with the manufacturer and said if they don’t resolve it, Wayfair would see whatthey can do. The manufacturer has resolved it by requesting Wayfair to refund my purchase.

@Wayfair - I ordered something in September that I just opened (not a winter item) and it’s busted, no paperwork, likely previously returned. Customer service won’t help because I didn’t report it within 30 days. I’m supposed to just throw away a $200 piece of junk?

@Ford - so I wait 481 days for my Maverick order to arrive at the dealership and now Ford can’t even honor the $750 mail rebate I received? The notice says “take delivery or order by 4/4/22” but the salesman said it only began on 1/1/22. That’s stated nowhere,I ordered 8/21/2021
