Guten Morgen zusammen,
seit Jahren versuche ich, den Verbleib von Personen im Blick zu behalten, die hier im öffentlichen Raum schwerste Gewalttaten begangen haben und von einem Gericht wegen Schuldunfähigkeit freigesprochen und im Maßregelvollzug untergebracht wurden.

Jetzt gibt es Neuigkeiten zum Täter, der im April 2024 in Wangen (BaWü) in einem Norma ein vierjähriges Mädchen mit einem Messer angriff und lebensgefährlich verletzte.

Jetzt, rund zwei Jahre nach der Tat will Deutschland Mohamed S. in die Niederlande überstellen. Auch dort soll er im Maßregelvollzug behandelt werden, um anschließend in die Gesellschaft wiedereingegliedert und resozialisiert zu werden, mit der er nicht nur nichts gemein hat, sondern sie aufgrund seines Glaubens vollständig ablehnt. Ob es dazu kommt, liegt jetzt an der Entscheidung der Niederlande. Ich behalte das Verfahren weiter im Blick.

Der Fall zeigt gut auf, was alles in Europa möglich ist, sobald eine Person einreist und das Wort Asyl sagt. Der Täter stammt aus Syrien, bekam dann die niederländische Staatsangehörigkeit, obwohl er die Bedingungen nicht erfüllte, was zur Folge hatte, dass er sich in der EU frei bewegen konnte und er nach Deutschland kam. Die Bedingungen, um hier dauerhaft zu leben, erfüllte er aber auch nicht, weswegen ihm die Stadt Wangen das Recht auf Aufenthalt entzog und anordnete, dass er binnen 30 Tagen Deutschland verlassen muss. Gleichzeitig gab man aber die Meldung nicht an das Regierungspräsidium weiter, sodass die Abschiebung eingeleitet hätte werden können. Stattdessen belohnte man den Mann noch mit einem Zimmer auf Steuerzahlerkosten in einer Obdachlosenunterkunft direkt neben dem Norma, wo er dann das Kind angriff. Außerdem zeigt die juristische Aufarbeitung, wie eine religiöse Radikalisierung ignoriert wird und daraus dann die Tat eines psychisch kranken Menschen wird, der im Zustand der Schuldunfähigkeit gehandelt haben soll.

June 26, 2022, is a day of remembrance for the Kalinouski Regiment.
Exactly 4 years ago, in the battles for Lysychansk, the legendary commander of the "Volat" battalion, Ivan "Brest" Marchuk, was killed in action, along with Vasil "Siabro" Parfiankou, Vasil "Atam" Hrudovik, and Vadzim "Papik" Shatrou.
It has also been exactly 4 years that two of our brothers-in-arms—Yan "Trombli" Dziurbeika and Siarhei "Kleshch" Dziogtsieu—have been in Russian captivity. Their exact fate remains unknown, and they have been repeatedly crossed off the exchange lists by the Russian side. Unfortunately, the issue of Belarusian prisoners of war is not at the forefront of attention for politicians and human rights defenders. But despite everything, we hold onto the hope of seeing them again.

In March 2022, Peter Fouché came to Ukraine as a volunteer. Later, he joined the Territorial Guards. In January 2024, Peter Fouché officially joined the AFU as a combat medic.

Peter was the co-founder of Project Konstantin that evacuates injured soldiers and does medical training.
