Buddy posted the 2019 pro bowlers. I won't even take the time to break that down. Context matters son. You would've been better off posting 2023 or 2024. And WTF does a top 10 defense have to do with playoff performances? His "top 10" defense shit the bed just like the rest of the team in most of those playoff losses. And even the performance against the Chiefs that people praise the defense for, no TOs and they gave up 14 points in like the first 5 mins of the game. After that, the Chiefs just kept punting and forcing the Ravens offense to have to go 80+ yards with a rookie Zay Flowers who played like a rookie in that game, 3 RBs who haven't started a game since leaving the Ravens, and a TE who is now categorized as a playoff choker because he has more drops and fumbles than TDs in the playoffs. But let's stick with narrative of blame Lamar for every playoff loss, and praise Joe Burrow for having 2 bonafide number 1 WRs, and game managing his way to 1 Super Bowl appearance where he put up 5 TDs in 4 games with multiple short fields because his D played lights out. But hey, give him credit, I think he may have set a record during that run with the most housed quick slants I've ever seen ;)

I actually don't have a problem with Burrow. I think he's accurate, cerebral, and unstoppable if you give him a loaded WR room. I just think Lamar get's overly critcized and Burrow overrated because of a 2021 Super Bowl appearance. You switch their careers, Lamar is being labeled as injury prone, and an underachiever because of all the weapons he has around him. He wouldn't be in anyone's top 10 because they like how he looks and plays the position.

Let's see, not it 2019 - 2022. Lamar's best WR was a rookie Hollywood Brown who at the time, I was told by Lamar critics, would be much better when he got from under Lamar. Last I checked, his best season is still 2021 with Lamar. Burrow hasn't proved he can win without 2 number ones to throw to, I honestly don't think he could win with Willie Snead, Hollywood Brown, Miles Boykin, and Seth Roberts. You may have an argument for 2023 and 2024, except he'd have to play perfect because that #1 defense people like to bring up for Lamar, has had a grand total of 2 TOs in the playoffs since Lamar has been QB. I challenge you to go look up how many TOs Burrows D got for him in that single 2021 Super Bowl run. Tough to play perfect in the playoffs when your D is giving up points early, yards, and making you have to sustain long drives.

Completely missed where I said it depends on the QB. No where did I say fundamentals aren't important. An athletic QB who has been using his athleticism since peewee has instincts that will be completely different from a QB like Burrow who can't take over a game with his legs. Great QB coaches and player developers in 2026 understand that and realize that there are times his "fundamentals" will look like trash, especially if under pressure, and you have to take the good with the bad if you want him to continue to be his best self. Your way of thinking is from the 1970s and is showing instead of building up an athletic QB with talent, you'd make him play WR or RB. In a clean pocket, Lamar's "fundamentals" have improved, the film has said that since 2023.

Who's the kid? Is he 6' 4", slow, and unathletic? Is he 6' 2", runs a 4.2, and has a cannon? That's an outdated way of thinking. All QBs and their skillset are not created equal. Lamar's fundamentals are not poor. You could say that in 2018, not anymore. Are they "flawless"? No. That's the give and take you have with a unique talent like Lamar. Has nothing to do with fandom. Lamar's skillset and fundamentals have made him a more successful QB in this league than Joe Burrow so what does that tell you? And please show me where NFL players unanimously think Joe Burrow is better.

@6Hogg6 Lebron, Clutch, and his fans through social media has changed the narrative of what greatness is. Everything is longevity and totals now. "He has the most buzzer beaters in the playoffs so he's the most clutch" without any context. Not one in the finals or series deciding games.

@NycVipers The 6 rings only argument is just as bad as the longevity total stats that Lebron fans harp on. Before Lebron, longevity stats wasn't the main criteria for goat status. Goats were a combination of stats, winning records in the finals, legendary moments, and the eye test.

LBJ fans use stats to prop LBJ except when it counts against him. Just like they say 6 - 0 is a team stat, yet praise LBJ for the 3 - 1 comeback🙄

@NBA__Courtside Lebron has more total clutch/game winning shots due to longevity actually. Where MJ wins is, he had more in the biggest of moments like the finals or series deciding games. Lebron has never hit a buzzer beater in the finals or in a series deciding game, his teammates have.

@Shane00 Superstar in all eras until this one, a player who combines elite performance and the ability to impact a game consistently by themselves. They are or have been leaders of their own team. Bosh, Wade, Kyrie, AD, Luka, and Love were all superstars when Lebron got them.

@AmenRaAsar88 This is an example of why this argument is dumb, dumb s**t like this. Do more homework. Magic was 31 in 1991. The avg age of the Pistons was 29. Isaiah himself was 29. I guess Lebron waited on the Pierce(33), Garnett(34), and Allen(35) 2011 Celtics to get old too huh?
