This happened last night at Indiana Wesleyan University. I watched hundreds & hundreds of students repent and respond to the gospel. The tide is shifting. An AWAKENING is happening.

“As you encounter all the different philosophies and religions there are in all the world, you don’t need to apologize that you represent the one true living God of the universe who created us all." - Dr. Bob Garrett, retired professor of Mission at DBU

MINISTRY FRIENDS: What has always worked still works: bold & compassionate evangelism, deep discipleship, clear Biblical teaching, prayer & repentance, Christians serving one another & their community. We don’t need new ministry methods. We need renewed ministry boldness 🙏

RING IN 2024 WITH REVIVAL

Well over 100,000 young people gathered to seek God over New Years and to ring in 2024 with revival 🔔😮👏🏼

55,000 at Passion in Atlanta
10,000 at Cross Con in Kentucky
7,000 at Cru national gathering
5,000 at Salt Conference in Iowa
13,500 at Strength to Stand in Tennessee (multiple)
12,000 at Hearts on Fire in Tennessee (Nov)
7,000 at Xtreme in Missouri

Of course there is no way to even begin to calculate the millions of people that gathered at local churches to seek God across the nation and worldwide.

Also countless churches are now calling their congregants to fast and pray in the beginning of the new year.

Read more about some of them here: https://t.co/AHRupufray

In June, the Texas Southern University BSM served with ministries and the community in Puerto Rico. One student reflected, “I believe God used this mission trip to grow my trust in Christ. God is challenging me to step out on faith in so many unimaginable ways.” - Alexis #txbsm

By the fall, 30 workers will have been sent from Texas BSMs to serve as a part of our Reach the Campus, Reach the World initiative. This week, the UTA BSM celebrated two such workers who will be moving to Utah, one of our 9 strategic areas of need and opportunity.

Big shoutout to Dr. Blair Blackburn, president of @ETBU and proud #TJC alum! ETBU's commitment to innovative pathways for transfer students earned them a spot on Phi Theta Kappa's 2023 Transfer Honor Roll. Well-deserved recognition for Dr. Blackburn and the #ETBU team!
