Started the day out with 7 Whimbrel over the garden, then Little Gull off @titchfieldhaven and a Hobby in off the sea. Travel up to Welshpool, North Wales for work and news of Dotterel nearby broke.
10 minutes from my route home and so... all 4 seen. Nice.
This was a surprise being 4 miles away from where I was working today. I even had to drive past the road to come home. BOC shot Nikon P950 at 2000mm.

Didn't expect this,this evening on the way home. White-tailed Eagle sat in a field having a munch. Disturbed by a Red Kite, then flew over my head. 5 Legged Cross, Almer,Dorest.
Got to see the Linc's Eastern Yellow Wagtail today. A yellow one compared to the only other one I have seen, Grey/White, which was in Hants. Cracking call. Flew 500 metres to the South of the site when I left. Plexa ?
