Re-routed from RDU to IND on way home to ORD. Was told my flight was canceled. Made a reservation for a rental car. Went to get it - said no cars available. Called @United to see what time my flight leaves tomorrow to be told my flight is NOT cancelled. WTF

Received absolutely TERRIBLE news before my @SouthwestAir flight from RDU to MDW Flight #714. Upon boarding I met Matthew the flight attendant. He’s ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! As an HR practitioner- Matthew is the type of employee you want to retain!
