2 kids, 2 different schools today. One in highschool, one in elementary.
Both are the only ones wearing a mask in their classes 😪
Their dad is in Stage 5 kidney failure and on dialysis. They don't have a choice but to wear one; sure wish others thought of more than themselves!

Family isnt always a match; actually way less than 50% of the time we were told.
If you decide to try & start the process to even see if you would match, they get a full history from you to see if it's a possibility/or if you should wait.

@maryianneswango The initial test is a blood test so it can be done anywhere. You just need to contact VGH as in the letter and they will walk you through the steps :)

@crystalmundypsy My husband tore both of his, 2 year apart. Look into a very good physiotherapist! Also, pain meds, ice pack and lots of rest (yes, I know that's almost impossible lol). A sling may help for short term relief too.
Hope it's nothing too serious and heals quickly 🤞
