@DrJN_SportsMed This has got upgraded after review. But not sure why the ref didn’t give a red card in the first instance! Good to see the dangerous tackle protocol is going well 🤥
This is my son, he is 11 years old and has suffered with his confidence due to bullying so much so it led to panic attacks, once even at training. As a parent this was heart wrenching to see, today though, as a parent I wanted to thank his teammates, coaches and club Cwmbran Town.
They have rallied round him, supported him through his lows and slowly but surely picked his confidence back up off the floor bit by bit. I can't put into words what they have done for my boy. To see him smile.again, enjoy his football again is what we should be doing and we're so proud to say he is smiling and is loving life again, all because of his grassroots team. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

For any of the #NHS1000miles team who might of missed it, the NHS has teamed up with @parkrun to host ‘parkrun for the NHS’ on 8 and 9 July. A great way to get in some miles and mark the NHS’s big 7-5 birthday! #NHS75parkrun#NHS75
One of our custodial parkrun participants has written a poem to celebrate the positive changes parkrun has helped them make.
“I have turned a life of turmoil around and parkrun has played a big part in the change"

"Just going for a run for a mate"
We could all do with a friend like Kevin Sinfield, who has just completed an unbelievable 7 ultramarathons in 7 days in support of MND research and ex-teammate Rob Burrow.
