@KJTarr @KTLA EXACLTY. The dog “lived a life of pure hell” if anything the owner (the aunt) should be prosecuted, because she obviously did not care for the dog. The dog should be put in a shelter where it can relearn it’s behaviors. At the end of the day, this is wrong.
