@MLSMoves What’s your prediction for Philly with sporting director still suspended for another week. Returns and fires Carnell? Leaves & Carnell fired? Leaves & Carnell bumped up the chain of command?
Guessing we have to wait for our long-suspended Sporting Director to return/resign/mutually agree to part ways on or after June 1 before we find out how the team plans to “reshuffle the deck.” #DOOP
@sprtswtr Yep. Curtin’s “knife to a gunfight” comment continues to ring true. Ownership chooses knives because they are cheaper and could work with perfect combo of luck & masterful handling… then sell the 4 sharpest ones when they work, replace with plastic-ware & cross fingers.
@JTansey90 Extra layer being that Tanner’s still suspended for another few weeks. No idea if either will be there by the time the next home game rolls around…
@BrianSciaretta@phlsoccernow I saw this and my immediate thought was “What?? He has a right foot?!” And then I saw the video was flipped 🤣 Great goal just the same #DOOP
Something to consider ahead of the Union's return to Subaru Park, as the region is working through poor air quality due to the wildfires in New Jersey.
“If you suffer from respiratory conditions, this is a morning—and perhaps a day in total—to just stay inside.”

@JoserNunez91 Years of big names coming to town in league have made friendlies less of a draw for me. When we’ve seen Zlatan, Henry, Messi & friends, Drogba, Kaka, Keane, Villa, Lampard, Gerrard, Pirlo, Rooney, Schweinsteiger, Beckham, etc. in our backyard, the Atlas game isn’t calling to me.
@JoserNunez91 Not feeling the in-season, no-stakes friendlies against underwhelming opponents. Especially in these years when the team is good and regular season games are so compelling.
