मतभेद और आरोप राजनीति का हिस्सा हो सकते हैं, लेकिन उसके लिए पूरे Chartered Accountant profession को “टैक्स चोरी का मददगार” बताना बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।

किसी CA के विरुद्ध कोई ठोस तथ्य हैं तो जाँच हो, दोष सिद्ध हो तो कठोरतम कार्रवाई हो, इसका कोई विरोध नहीं।

लेकिन किसी मामले की आड़ में देश के लाखों ईमानदार Chartered Accountants की निष्ठा और राष्ट्र निर्माण में उनके योगदान पर प्रश्नचिह्न लगाना उचित नहीं।

Congress को इस सामान्यीकरण के लिए CA profession से माफी मांगनी चाहिए और अपने शब्द वापस लेने चाहिए।

हमारा स्पष्ट मत है, न दोषी का बचाव, न पूरे profession का अपमान।

राजनीति तथ्यों पर हो, सम्मानित profession की प्रतिष्ठा की कीमत पर नहीं।

CA राष्ट्र की आर्थिक व्यवस्था के प्रहरी हैं, राजनीतिक निशाना नहीं।

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has decided to extend the due date of furnishing of Return of Income under sub-Section (1) of Section 139 of the Act for the Assessment Year 2025-26, which is 31st October 2025 in the case of assessees referred in clause (a) of Explanation 2 to sub-Section (1) of Section 139 of the Act, to 10th December 2025.

The 'specified date' of furnishing of the report of audit under the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the Previous Year 2024-25 (Assessment Year 2025-26) is further extended to 10th November 2025.
