@dutweets you should stop scamming customers with daily calls to upgrade package and they communicating wrong information. I register a complain and your complain agent needs to learn how to communicate and behave with customers.
@EtihadHelp I do not see any value you are adding in liaise since all I am hearing from you is itβs in process which is the same response I am getting from Guest team for 1 months anyways. Its about return of my approx 350K miles which is not small amount.
@EtihadHelp service continues to decline and to whoever you raise your concerns, emails, phone, social media you donβt get any resolution. Only get responses that resolved soon. I have dealt with many loyalty program companies service dept however Etihad team has to be the worst

@jossshhh@EtihadHelp I asked for the cancellation/change request charges to be waived off as the product is no longer the same, I booked, however I am told as per policy they are allowed to change plane and no charges will be waived off and decline to take my complain.
@jossshhh@EtihadHelp That is a massive downgrade for sure. I am facing a similar issue on my flight to Istanbul as at time of booking it was B787-9 business studio lie flat seat and now the plane has changed to A321 recliner seat.
@EtihadHelp I want to lodge a complain against a ticket/flight not taken yet, I called contact center they asked me to submit on website and website says call contact center. Sent email to Etihad Silver member team but no response.

@etihad I suggest you replace all your call center staff with bots as they cannot provide any information correctly in first instance and for any action they have to rely on other dept and they just logged tickets which they canβt do correctly in first go.
